Midstate Federal Saving and Loan Privacy

Privacy is an issue which is very important to all of us.  As technology becomes more advanced, it seems more and more people have access to information that used to be private.  The federal government has addressed this matter and issued regulations, which become effective July 1, 2001.  A copy of our statement can be seen using this link.

I just want to confirm that at Midstate, the privacy of your information is very important.  We do not share any personal or account data with anyone, except as required to process transactions or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.  We also investigate the companies we do business with, to insure that they have the same philosophy.  We intend to continue this policy, however, if it ever changes -  you will be the first to know!
